Guidebook about door to door selective waste collection for less than 5.000 inhab. municipalities
Current environment policies are based on waste prevention, reutilization and recycling. Catalan legislation forces to the totality of the municipalities to implant selective waste collection systems of all waste fractions and especially biowaste.
This Guidebook is based in the experience of the municipalities that have implemented this system from the year 2000 in Catalonia. The Guidebook is a tool to help town councils to face the new legal requirements choosing door to door selective waste collection systems.
The book is part of a general interest singular projecte granted by Agency of Waste in Catalonia.
This first edition it's only available in catalan language.
